Description

• Add AGENTS.md that contains a full project overview, tech stack, and repository structure including app/, content/, and public/ layouts.
• Document development commands and environment variables including pnpm workflows and NUXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL usage.
• Specify content collection schemas and authoring templates for labs and speaking entries, plus instructions for bundling assets and slug/sorting logic.
• Enumerate code conventions, performance rules, accessibility requirements, SEO/schema-org expectations, ESLint rules, pnpm.overrides guidance, and a pre-merge quality checklist.
